Andrew has a vast array of experiences ranging from managing diverse teams, collaborating with Industry and Academia, and advising Senior Policymakers, to working with community organisations in developing nations (ensuring free and democratic elections, addressing poverty, food security, education, health, and the empowerment of women) to fighting Islamic Terrorism on Middle Eastern operations.

Andrew founded Strategise Australia, a leading consultancy in strategic-level plans and planning. He and Ryan Pope have co-founded RapidDefence and is a founding partner of the Veterans Industry Partnership.
